If you've had any suspicions that individual might be abusing children, I would recommend calling a local law enforcement agency as soon as possible. And even if you're unable to make a crime report, I would recommend talking with a detective about your suspicions. It's quite possible that even though your child may not be the victim of a crime currently, may not be the victim of sexual assault, he may be at the early stages of being victimized and being prepared for sexual exploitation. Also there's a possibility that there's an ongoing investigation involving the same suspect and any steam is at you or might have - might bolster the ongoing case. I would recommend making a call. It can't hurt.
