I've interviewed countless women from Ava Blocker to Mary J Blige and every CEO and entrepreneur under the sun and every says, " What do those people have in common?" And they do have one very important thing in common. 98% of them were raised by parents who told them, they could be anything they set their minds to with hard work. And as parents we often think we have to prepare our kids for what the world might, you know, present to them and prepare them for failure and for challenges. But the world will do that. What you need to do at home is really make them believe in themselves and if you believe in them, that's giving them the best start possible.
