Transcription:
There is a difference between having a real self-confidence and the narcissistic variety. real self-confidence doesn't forget that there's the rest of the world. Real self-confidence doesn't forget to ask people how they feel so, i may be a person who feels confident in what i do, i feel competent in getting the job done, but i don't forget that other people feel that way too. it doesn't mean i am better than other people because i'm confident in myself. it doesn't mean it's less them if they're struggling with their confidence, narcissist tend to live in a very black and white world, so those who are struggling are weak and those who are confident are strong. Many times the narcissist themselves underneath all of that super big confidence is really someone who is terrified of getting it wrong or being the bad guy
