Physical therapy after a C-section

The best type of treatments for moms who have had a cesarean delivery include exercise. What we call therapeutic exercise that is going to get her body back into shape. Certain modalities, ultrasound, infrared light are incredibly valuable in tissue healing. We want to make sure those tissues are healing and those tissues are getting stronger.
