Your hormones are like this amazing symphony and they play so well together unless they are out of balance. And after pregnancy and during breasfeeding and when you wean, it is a really vulnerable time for a woman. So she really needs to pay attention and get them checked if she notices anything out of balance. And what I mean by that, there is something called the big seven. So the big seven refers to insulin and cortisol, testosterone, DHEA, and progesterone, estrogen, and thyroid. So those are the big seven and if any of those get out balance, it really creates havoc in the woman´s life. So things like her libido, depression, bone density, and sleep can be affected and just many areas of her life. This obviously can not only create havoc in her life, but her children´s life and her marriage. So she really wants to notice if anything is not working and don´t just think there is something wrong with me, I need to work harder. Go get them checked. It is really important.
