Some of the signs that a woman will have when she is about to go into labor maybe a change in her appetite or some diarrhea. Sometimes women feel like they have the flu. Emotional change, yes, even more emotional than they are during pregnancy. Those are the emotional delicate signs of labor. The more direct signs of labor is the loss of the mucus plug. The mucus plug seals the cervix together. To everybody else, it looks kind of gross, but yours is always beautiful. It looks like egg whites tinted with blood. It may come out all at once or little by little. Another sign that labor is about to begin is the breaking of the water. The sac ruptures and all the fluid comes out. That is the first sign of labor for only 10 percent of women. The sure sign of labor is contractions. The uterus will make rhythmic contractions and she will feel them.
