A common question that I get from my patients is, is it safe or okay to exercise when I am trying to get pregnant? I think it is very important to say that, as long as you are not doing marathon running or entering an iron man competition, I think you are going to be okay. The key is to have balanced exercises that you do on a regular basis that your body is used to. As long as you don't have a very low body fat or very petite or too skinny. If you are not in those situations, exercise can be very helpful in helping someone to have better blood flow and better endocrine profile, hormone secretions. That's going to help someone get pregnant much easier.
