A lot of times after a miscarriage, couples come to me and say, "Things are missing in that romance department. What can I do to rekindle the flame?" I think the most important thing to do to rekindle that flame happens, not in the bedroom, but at first you must rekindle the flame everywhere else, outside of the bedroom. It starts with how you share, connect, and bond with one another. It goes back to the days where rekindling the romance outside of the bedroom; a hug, a walk on the beach. Remember those days when you were first dating? There was always that spark where you couldn't wait to talk to that person? You couldn't wait to hold their hand and be with them. Those are some of the little things. You've got to do those little things to create that spark. You've got to start doing the dance again. Create the foundation and by the time you get into the bedroom, it all comes together and you don't have to worry about it once you get there.
