After having a miscarriage, everybody takes a different time to heal. On a physical level, I would recommend speaking to a physician about when your body has healed. Really, what's important, is on that emotional level when you are ready to try again. That's a personal choice. It's a personal choice for your. It's also a personal choice for your partner. What I would recommend is to have a dialog with your partner about, not only about when you might be ready, but also when your partner might be ready. Take into consideration, not only the emotional aspects that are coming into play, but also the physical aspects. For example, if you already have children,;how long do you want to wait for that gap in between children. Take into consideration your age factor; how old you are. Those are some of the practical things. On an emotional level, really talk about how this is going to make you feel and if both of you are ready. Some of the strains and stresses of trying to get pregnant again, that might bring on. How you can really be present and love each other and really share and get connected before you can begin trying again.
