If your child does not get into any of the schools that he or she applied to, chances are the list was not that great to begin with. I always believe in starting off with a safety school that you could write your essay about killing cats, and still you would get in. You can find that out because there are High Schools that have a program called "Naviance" where you can see where your child fits into the graph. All of that is in my book and I explain that in great detail, it will make you laugh at the same time. If you find yourself in that situation, which you probably won't be -- Out of the 28 people that called me to say that their child didn't get into top schools, only one called to say that their child didn't get into any school at all. There are still a lot of options. There are schools like the University of Arizona that have very late application dates. There are schools in Canada that are even later than that. Best of all, most places have Community Colleges where your child can go up to two years to a fantastic school.
