If you feel like your child is showing signs of anxiety and depression, it’s really important to get help. This is a really common issue that many people struggle with and it is normal to need help at times. So it’s really important to make yourself approachable to your child. Tell your child the symptoms, what you see happening, and let them know that you’re there to help them. And then, go seek the help that you need. And let them know also that they’re not the only ones that struggle with things like this, that everyone needs help at times in their lives.
