Hi. I’m Dr. Shoshana Bennett, more commonly known as Dr. Shosh. I’m a Clinical Psychologist and I specialized in moods and also mood disorders during pregnancy and postpartum. I started out as a Special Education Teacher. Then I had two children and plummeted into two very severe postpartum depressions. That’s what I do what I do. I understand from the inside out how tough this can be and how desperately we need help during this period of time. One of my biggest passions is writing. If I’m not working with clients or speaking somewhere around the world, I am writing a book or an e-book or an article or a blog post or whatever else. I also love the water. I live on the beach. If I’m not doing any of the above, I will, you’ll probably find me walking by the water with my sweetie Joe and my dog Hannah. I have two wonderful grown children. My daughter Elana and my son Erin.
