So a lot of people have an idea of what they think parenting will be like when they get pregnant. When you become pregnant with twins, you may still think that you can do it by yourself once the twins are born. I highly recommend getting some sort of help. If you can afford it, hire night help. That would be my first recommendation because the nights are really hard. If you can afford it, to hire a nanny or a night nurse or a night nanny, a doula, any of those things would be an immense help. If that is out of the question financially, then accept any kind of help that anyone offers. If your neighbor offers to run errands or go to the supermarket or your mother in law says she will come over, say yes. Don´t take it all on yourself. It is unbelievably overwhelming.
