I like to have an emergency homeopathic medical kit both at home and if I'm traveling. And it sort of has the basics of what you would need if some issue comes up, especially with children. For little young children, it's good to have chamomilia, and that is a homeopathic remedy that is good for them if they have teething issues or if they're fussy or crying or if they have stomach issues. There's also belladonna, which is good for fever. That's another homeopathic remedy. I also like to keep florisol, which is a homeopathic cream in case there's any rashes or bug bites. And this is all non-toxic and there's also garlic mullen oil which has been used for 100s of years by Native Americans, and it treats ear aches, ear infections, and before you can get to the doctor, you want to put something in there to help calm the child, that's wonderful. And rescue remedy is also wonderful. It's a flower essence, which is good for calming the children if they're fussy from the travel. I also like to keep in there some Nox Vomica for any stomach issues if they have an upset stomach, that's always a good remedy to have. Those are the basics in my arsenal.
