The hardest thing to navigate is the grocery aisle because believe it or not food marketers will lie to you. They will straight out will lie to you by saying, this is healthy because it has added fiber. if it say's added fiber, fat free, natural, treated as suspect don'g give it to your kids. What you need to do instead is flip over the box and look at the ingredients, okay? That is the most important thing in that food is the ingredients not what it has or what their marketing to you, it is those ingredients. Read those ingredients, if you don't know what the ingredients are, you don't pronounce them, don't feed them to your kids.
