There are some tale-tell signs of postpartum depression that you may need to tune into if you have triplets at home by yourself. It's a difficult situation because a lot of the postpartum symptoms are parallel to some of the feelings and emotions you may have when the babies first come home. It's a little bit isolating. You are overwhelmed. You don't get enough sleep. You don't have energy. You may get frustrated really fast. Keep in mind, postpartum depression isn't just about being sad. It's about not having any joy in the relationships you used to have with your spouse, with your kids, with your family. Know when to get help. Don't be afraid to ask for it because it is out there.
