Kegel exercises are pelvic floor muscle exercises and they are a sling of muscles that go from your pubic bone by your bladder to your coccyx in the back of your body. And we need to use them so they stablize other muscles in your body. They help prevent back pain and help support the abdominal muscles for strengthening and help prevent all sorts of problems, including leaking of urine or bowels as well as other pain issues.
