To reduce morning sickness, try supplementing with vitamin B6. Vitamin B6 helps with metabolism which is the cause of morning sickness for some women. Supplementing Vitamins B12, C, E as well as potassium and magnesium can also help. The herbs - raspberry leaf, ginger root, and peppermint tea can also be helpful. Reduce your intake of fatty food and increase your intake of carbohydrates and fiber. Also you can try reducing the intake of citrus fruit and citrus fruit juices and the acidic food. And also try to reduce your dairy intake may help some people. Some people find that eating small frequent meals helpful, but with a balance of carbohydrates, some lean protein and good fats.
