It’s actually incredible and simple to start the process of being a single mom by choice, once you’ve made the decision, it becomes very practical, then you need to find a sperm. The way that I did that is I went online and I looked up sperm banks and from the list of sperm banks, I found the bank that have the qualities that I want and which for me specifically are open donors. Once I found that bank, I started searching just as you would search for finding your date on an online dating site. You start looking for height, eye color, ethnic background, what did they studied in college and you break it down from there and you find someone that speaks to you, this is the guy. When you finally pick your donor, you have to pick up the phone and call. It can be a little embarrassing for the first time, but the sperm bank are very used to the first timers. One of the things that you need to know is there are only two sperm banks in America that delivers sperm to your home, all the other ones has to be delivered to a doctor’s office.
