Champions Against Bullying provides workshops for kids and parents and educators. We go into schools and we work to empower the target, rehabilitate the bully and mobilize the bystander. We help schools develop programs and policies and procedures and anonymous reporting systems and we train teachers. We do a full-scale program and we do a great workshop for parents called "Yes, kids have sweaty palms too." And it helps tell the parents what keeps the kids up at night.

Alexandra maintains, “children’s mental health is directly linked to their academic success and removing the obstacles that impede learning, such as fear, are crucial. Today’s children are tomorrow’s leaders – our leaders. It’s up to all of us to decide how we want them to evolve. Kids need our help. They can’t fix it themselves. Let’s make it happen!”
