So when it comes to food, natural, healthy, good for you, they mean nothing. All of those phrases in parentheses or with exclamation points on the front of a box, they don´t mean anything. The only thing that really means anything when it comes to food is USDA certified organic and that is that little circular seal that you can find on a product. And that means that the government has certified that that food has been made without chemicals like pesticides, without genetically modified ingredients, which are in 70% of the food that are on shelves now. And those pesticides have been linked to problems like ADHD, allergies, autism, even cancer. So it´s really important to know that that´s what you need to look for. You certainly can find foods that are healthy for you and you certainly can find small manufacturers that are making food without pesticides. But to really be certain, you have to look for that label.
