The best way for you to intervene if you think your child is going to drop out of High School is to go see their teachers, go see their counselors, and start working with your teenager every single day. Pay attention to the classes they have. Pay attention to their assignments. Work with them every single night. Go through their backpack. Get them a tutor if they need it. Find out what obstacles the child feels and address the obstacle, so the child can feel successful. Intervention programs at schools are also very good, if they have them. The best intervention tool for a child, is their parent.
