It's natural after a miscarriage and getting pregnant again to have some fears or nervousness. What's important to notice is that the nervousness, the fear, the vulnerability that you might feel happens to all women that get pregnant. not just ones that go through a traumatic loss. And so what would be helpful is to know that whatever that you're thinking or feeling is not going to harm the baby and just allow yourself to be okay when some of these feelings come out. If you need to find a friend to talk to, talk through some of the feelings that you have, but realize, mostly, that a very important part of it is that you are not to blame for anything that happens. And that fear, nervousness, vulnerabiity, all of these feelings are normal for everyone going through a pregnancy, even after a miscarriage.
