After experiencing a miscarriage, it is really important to know that you have support around you no matter where you live and whatever conditions you are surrounded by. You can reach out to family and friends. If you don't have family and friends available, reach out to support in your community; whether it be through religious affiliations, like a clergy, or whether it be through a support group. There is a national support group called "Resolve." It's a non-profit and they have regional support groups in your area. You can reach out to a therapist or a counselor. With all of these resources, just listen to it. Know that they available to you, most of the time, free of charge. Most importantly, know that you don't have to go through it alone. Reach out. It will help you in your healing process.
