Kids in the House Announces Winners of
The First Annual Parent Blogger Influencer Awards
Ultimate Parenting Resource Honors 17 Cyber-Superheroes for National Parents’ Day
SANTA MONICA, Ca. July 22, 2013 – Kids in the House is celebrating the most influential parenting bloggers of 2013 in time for National Parents’ Day, July 28, 2013, with the First Annual Parent Blogger Influencer Awards. Parenting bloggers are the heroes who have dedicated their time, voices and years of experience to share their best advice to make parenting a little bit easier.
The 17 bloggers, highlighted in this sizzle reel, exemplify the Kids in the House philosophy that there is no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to parenting. Winners were invited to the Kids In The House Los Angeles-based studio to film a series of videos featuring their signature wisdom, humor and heart, and were presented the award in person by CEO & Founder of Kids In The House, Leana Greene.
“The Kids In The House Blogger Influencer Awards gives us a unique opportunity to finally see the faces behind the written words of the bloggers who have influenced the parenting world in great ways for so long,” says Leana Greene. “These are individuals who best exemplify the Kids In The House goal of education, empowerment and support for parents from all backgrounds and perspectives.”
"As someone who never, ever does vlogging of any kind, I was thrilled and honored to partner with Kids in the House. My readers are loving the videos for a change and I love offering something new and different on the site!" says award recipient Jill Smokler, Founder of Scary Mommy and author of New York Times bestseller Confessions of a Scary Mommy and Motherhood Comes Naturally (and other vicious lies).
