I don't believe there is such a thing as teaching kids to use drugs or alcohol safely.
The human body doesn't develop that way. When parents start to allow kids to use an alcoholic or drug in their human body, they are not realizing that the frontal lobe of the human body hasn't developed yet. They don't develop until the mid 20's.
Also, the liver, which is your bodies filtering system. Everything has to metabolize through the liver, doesn't develop until early 20's. It really takes a lifetime of, starting at preschool, to talk to your kids about safety. It is all the little things that we say and do for a lifetime, that teaches your kids safety when it comes to drugs and alcohol.
