Parenting Pinspirations Contest!

Contest Steps

1. Create an "I Love Kids In The House!" Pinterest Board.

2. Create 15 pins with links to your favorite Kids In The House videos and pin them to your "I Love Kids In The House!" Pinterest Board.

3. Email the link to your "I Love Kids In The House!" Pinterest Board to kithcontest@gmail.com by May 1st.

Three winners will then be chosen based on creativity and inspiration and awarded $50 VISA gift cards!

The winners will be contacted by May 6th and the winners will also be announced on our social media pages.

 

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Kids In The House Pinterest Contest.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before creating any video pins for the Pinterest Contest.

If you would like to submit a board, please follow the instructions provided on the Pinterest submission page and as set forth below.

PINTEREST BOARD SUBMISSIONS:
Pinterest Boards, once submitted, may be posted to the Kids In The House website and the Facebook page, and, if selected by Kids In The House, will win a $50 VISA Gift Card! Although it has no obligation to do so, Kids In The House reserves the right to post, or not post any boards at any time for any reason.

You must comply with all provided instructions and guidelines regarding the Pinterst contest, including, without limitation, providing identification verification. If you fail to comply within the specified time period, or if you are otherwise not in compliance with these Terms & Conditions, your Pinterst board submission may not be used.

You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia to submit a Pinterest board. This program is void where prohibited by law and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

By submitting a Pinterst board, you represent and warrant that you are the sole owner of the Pinterst account and that Kid In The House's use of the Pinterest board as provided herein will not violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party.

Pinterest Boards must:

  • Have at least 15 unique pins created in it.
  • Each pin must include one of your favorite Kids In The House videos.

Pinterest Boards must NOT:

  • Have been previously submitted to any contest, sweepstakes, or promotion of any kind.
  • Have been copied, in whole or in part, from any other work.
  • Contain material that, in the sole discretion of Kids In The House:
  • Disparages any person or disparages Kids In The House, any of its affiliates or franchisees, any of its competitors, or any of their respective products or services.

-Violates or infringes upon the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

-Violates or infringes upon the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

-Includes any third party trademarks, logos, or brand names (although your Pinterest Board may include Kids In The House's trademarks and logos, if they are used in a proper manner).

-Appears to intentionally duplicate any other submitted Pinterest Boards.

-Is hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous, or libelous.

-Promotes bigotry, racism, sexism, hatred, or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.

-Contains any personal information, including, without limitation, name, address, e-mail address, or phone number.

-Uses the names, likenesses, voices, or other indicia identifying any other person, living or dead.

-Promotes alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, or firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing).

-Promotes any activities that may appear to be unsafe, dangerous, or unlawful.

-Is unlawful.

-Contains any nudity or any sexually explicit, lewd, offensive, disparaging, or other inappropriate content.

-Communicates messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and good will with which Kids In The House wishes to associate.

GRANT OF RIGHTS:
You hereby grant to Kids In The House, its affiliates, successors, licensees, assigns, franchisees, and others acting on its behalf (the "Licensed Parties") the unlimited right and permission to use, distribute, publish, exhibit, digitize, broadcast, display, reproduce, and otherwise exploit the Pinterest Board (edited or altered as Kids In The House sees fit), as well as your name, picture, likeness, biographical information, and hometown or other location information (i.e., city and state), and any material based thereon or derived therefrom, together with any other material, in any manner, in any and all media whether now or hereafter known, anywhere in the world, in perpetuity, for purposes of advertising or trade, without compensation, notification, or permission.

You shall have no right of approval, no claim to compensation, and no claim (including, without limitation, claims based upon invasion of privacy, defamation, or right of publicity) arising out of any use, blurring, alteration, distortion, illusionary effect, faulty reproduction, or use in any composite form of the Pinterest Board or your name, picture, likeness, biographical information, or hometown or other location information. You understand that the Licensed Parties shall be under no obligation to make any use of the Pinterest Board or to exercise any of the rights granted herein. You agree that the Licensed Parties are not responsible for any unauthorized use of the Pinterest Board by third parties.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
You agree to release, discharge, hold harmless, and indemnify the Licensed Parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to your Pinterest Board, or the breach or alleged breach of any your representations or agreements herein.
