Transcription:
It's a common belief that mixing rice cereal in with a baby's bottle right before bed, whether it's breast milk or formula, will help them sleep through the night because they will be more full. The truth is that feeding them right before bed with extra formula mixed with rice cereal, doesn't help them sleep any better. Sleeping is a developmental thing, it has nothing to do with food. So, please don't put cereal in the bottle. Rice cereal should only be fed by spoon. You're much better off, when you start spoon feeding your baby and your baby is ready for solids, it should only be done at mealtimes. Don't put it in the bottle.
