I believe that any person who has been sexually abused cannot count that into some sort of consensual sexual activity. Therefore, in my book, any kid who has been abused is still a virgin if they call themselves a virgin. When I worked in the DA's office, we would give them certificates of virginity, just so they know that sex is an act that requires their positive cooperation. That's what consent is. You don't lose your virginity unless you decide you want to lose your virginity. Someone taking control over you, someone utilizing their power over you, whether you feel like you did it or not, does not render someone losing their virginity. Therefore, in my eyes, they are still a virgin.
