Well, I think the first thing a client needs to do when they decide what kind of an adoption they're looking for would be to determine what they are interested in. Do they want a newborn? Do they want a child with special needs? Do they want a child from a foreign country? All those factors go into deciding what you want to do. There's no right or wrong answer for anyone but I think you need to know what your requirements are, what you're looking for in starting a family and that will dictate what choices you make along the way.
