The hardest part of my job in terms of helping people to adopt is finding birth mothers and there are a number of ways we go about doing that. One is - I've been doing this for the past 30 years - people in my community know this is what I do and will occasionally refer birth mothers to me. So there's networking that I do. There's also outreach that I help my clients do. We'll do advertising of different sorts. We'll do radio advertising where we put ads in small markets that clients want to adopt and then the birth mothers will contact me that way. We do internet advertising where we try and help clients find brith moms who Facebook, or other websites like that. So the object is to get the word out to the most number of people and the most effective way that you're looking to adopt and then some way of communicating either with you or with your representative, that you want to place a child for adoption.
