There are those cases where birth mothers would like to have continuing visitation with the child, after the baby is adopted. The adopting parents need to be -- That birth mother needs to select adopting parents that are open to that. Not all adopting parents are open to that. That's something that adopting parents need to decide if they are comfortable with. If those visits take place, they can be whatever the birth mother and the adopting parents agree to. They can be annual visits, with the adopting parent being present at all times.
