The way that adoptive parents can put themselves out there to be selected by birth moms is by doing networking. Telling everybody they know that they want to adopt. By working with qualified adoption professionals who have contacts with hospitals or other ways that they hear about possible birth moms. Adopting parents can put little booklets together to tell about themselves, and birth mother letters. In those letters, they tell about themselves and describe who they are. They describe their interests and activities. They describe their life. They put a lot of pictures to show what their lives are like in pictures. They can do websites. They can do their own advertising. Bear in mind, it all has to be legal in the state where they live or the state where they are doing the advertising. There are many different ways in which adopting parents can do outreach to find birth moms.
