Best advice for working moms

You can have it all as a woman, but you have to remember what they tell us on airplanes, to put our own oxygen mask on first. Because when we do that, when we take care of ourselves, we’re going to be better moms, better partners, better at work, better at everything we do. I think a lot of us have a hard time with that. And we think we need to put ourselves last. And we get irritable, sick, angry. And in the end, it’s not good for anyone.

Arianna Huffington is the chair, president, and editor-in-chief of the Huffington Post Media Group, a nationally syndicated columnist, and author of fourteen books.
