I had no idea I was open to find love again. In fact I never thought I would. I thought I would go on the rest of my life loving and mourning Liz. I always sort of assumed that finding love again meant leaving Liz behind. And when I finally did find somebody, it was a complete accident. It just happened one day, and I didn't expect it. I didn't anticipate it, but it happened. And at that point, I knew that I was open to it. And so many times, I have friends and family tell me that, you know, they really wanted me to find somebody, you know, that would make me happy again. And there were other people out there who really never wanted me to find love again. That I should have this, sort of, romanticized idea of Liz and never move on from that. And what I found to be so important was that I did what I needed to on my own time, and I didn't consider or worry about what anybody else thought or needed or wanted from me. And that was the best thing that I ever did, was listening to myself rather than all the people that were around.
