Celiac disease is best treated in children and adults by a reliable, tried and true method. You have to restrict all the gluten, which is in wheat products, cookies, cakes, breads, anything with wheat or the gluten protein in it needs to be eliminated from the diet. This will alleviate the symptoms and medical problems with Celiac disease. There are recent studies that also look not just at this but beyond this and are undergoing clinical trials. But these are not ready yet for the general public to be utilizing or employing for the treatment of Celia disease. But unfortunately, it is lifelong restriction of wheat or the protein in the wheat from the child´s diet. This can be a problem with product labeling to check the labels on what you are buying and what is served at school or a child goes out to a restaurant to know what your products are and what is in the various things that you are eating. And that unfortunately is a task for the child and the parents to keep track of.
