In my opinion, some of the benefits or reasons why a woman might want to have a c-section, is to avoid pelvic floor trauma. Maybe they've had some kind of pelvic pain issue prior or with a previous pregnancy. Also, they may have a history of pelvic dysfunction, back pain, or hip pain that might not allow them to feel comfortable during labor and delivery. Also, to avoid complications from more pelvic floor weakness.
