Some of the obvious and not so obvious signs of teenage anxiety or depression is that you might notice that a child is getting frequent headaches or stomach aches. They might be isolating themselves, spending more time in their room and less time with their friends and family. They might have changes in their eating or sleeping patterns. They might start eating a little bit more or feel like they've lost their appetite. They may be more tearful than usual, or seeming like they are crying for no reason. Or the opposite side, more angry than usual at the slightest provocation. These are some of the signs and symptoms you can look for with someone who has depression or anxiety.
