I try and make Jackson's snack choices as vegan as possible. We are not vegan or vegetarian, but I limit his meat intake dramatically. I believe in that strongly. We use things like maple syrup and apple sauce, that I just crush with apples that I buy. So many amazing choices. We made pizza the other day, and we made them with sweet potatoes. Sweet potatoes are the greatest thing in the world, and they are sweet. He loves them. Things like that, really creative things to do, and are super nutritious for your family.
