You could help your child harness their imagination, boy or girl, by making it fun. It’s such an amazing thing to watch kids connect with their imagination. They’re so connective anyway from a early age. And, so, what you do is, you make it a game. Even when you’re driving in a car, and you see a billboard, say, for an African safari, you go, “What would it be like if we went there and you were next to an elephant? Wouldn’t that be great?” Or, if you’re at home at the dinner table, you could bring up games like, "What if?" Or, if they’re young, you could say, “Mommy has a new game for you. It’s called, "A Balloon Breath,” and that starts the process of going inside. Or, if they’re a teenager or a tween, and you want to focus on what’s important to them. Do they want to do better at school? Do they want to do better at sports? “Hey, can we have a new way of figuring that out? It’s right inside you.”
