What’s really wonderful is when kids can also learn to connect with their heart and their belly, and even other body areas. Because what happens is the mind is wonderful, I love the mind, but we want to integrate the mind, the heart and the wisdom of the belly. And it’s true that this special chemical, special cells in our body it’s like having the second belly brain and the second heart brain. And so there’s so much more information there than we ever thought of. So I’ll have the kids just check in, maybe even put their hand over their heart area and check in and see what their heart message is, or what their belly message is. One little… even a preschooler said his belly told him to share at preschool, which was wonderful, because even though maybe his mom or his dad told him that, he had now integrated it and he knew it was important to share. And then, there’s all these other body parts. There are all these feelings that have colors and shapes. It’s like – where do you keep your anger? Where do you keep your fear? And then you work with it. I work with it. Say, I have a negative feeling – I work with two positives. We might breathe in the positive feeling to the negative and watch what happens.
