as a half-time working mum (plus work at home of course ;-) and mother of 3 boys (2, 5 and 7 y) discipline should be ground rule.
my oldest loves to be in the center and he's very attention grabbing. in the mornings, assisting 3 boys the prepare (get things together, put shoes and jackets on, etc.) is very demanding. but i'm getting at the end of my nerves with the oldest one: always have to tell him 5 times to get ready. and it's not only me waiting for him but the 2 other boys as well.
what would you suggest how to handle this situation?
