my 16 year old son is bullying a younger lad !!!

I found out from my sons school that he has been bullying a younger lad
Apparently each morning for the last few weeks he’s been making this lad get on his hands and knees and kiss his shoes in front of his friends
Can anyone suggest what the best punishment for him would be ? I’m completely disgusted by his behaviour

Punishment doesn't always work as it often doesn't not address the root cause of the problem. Sending him to a therapist could help him understand WHY he should NOT do it again. Not because he is afraid of the punishment (he may outgrow the fear and repeat the behavior) but because he understand his actions are inhumane. You could schedule online session with a psychologist.
