Not all infertility challenges have a disease condition.
Your tube might be completely open. Your cervical mucus is very nice. You are ovulating on time. You are just not able to get pregnant. We put this in the unexplained category. It amounts to about 20-30 percent of all infertility cases. In this situation, most of the time is age related. When you get older, it's just harder to get pregnant.
All the patients we work with is to strengthen vitality. In fact, you could almost say that, for a period of time, we're trying to reverse aging. Getting the egg stronger. Getting the egg stronger. Getting the blood production stronger. Getting their body healthier. That's when they can get pregnant much easier.
So is men. A lot of times as men get older, their sperm starts having issues. It's not just the count, it could be the way they move, the shape of the sperm or the DNA of the sperm. The DNA becomes weaker as a man gets older, more damaged and not as normal.
In those situation, we try and work with the man to improve, not just their sperm parameters, also their sexual function, as well.
