I think it's sometimes very hard when you're coaching your own kids, not to be extra strict or extra hard on your own kid because your natural inclination is, "I don't want anyone to think that I'm favoring my son or my daughter." And so sometimes you're a little bit too hard and I've worked with players and even my own siblings who felt like sometimes dad was a little too tough on them and others who felt like, "No, dad wasn't hard on me at all." And so, as a coach, understanding that there is always going to be parents who think that you're being unfair to someone, that you’re being unfair to one child or another, that you're always being unfair to your own kid. And so, my advice is be hard on your child, but don't treat him or her any different than any of the other kids on the team.
