If you find your child is being bullied, the best thing to do, the first thing to do is to praise him for being so courageous to come forward and tell you because most children won't, of course, because they think that the parent will make it worse. And then, to sit down with the child and make a plan. Make a plan about how you are going to intervene and make sure to keep him involved at all times and reassure your child that you won't do anything without consulting him as well.
