If your child is being bullied, you might want to think about contacting an attorney when you've already attempted to address the issues through the hierarchy available to you. You've already told the principle, the school, the district, and nothing is happening. At that point, it would appear that there is a systemic problem that needs to be addressed and that won't be addressed unless different kind of attention is brought to it. For example, if there are issues that are happening at the school, and an attorney files a lawsuit, all of a sudden, the school district is libel and may address the issue without even having to go through the whole complication of actually having to have a lawsuit.
