So if you are having problems with your child being bullied at school and the school isn’t responding, it depends on what level you’ve taken it to at the school. If you’ve told the teacher and nothing’s happening, I suggest escalating it up through the hierarchy at the school – the principal, the vice principal. If at that point you’ve received no joy, what I would suggest you do is document what you’ve done, who you’ve spoken to, the dates and the incidents that you reported and then escalate through the school system that you’re in. So for example, if you’re in a public school system, you could go to the local school district and speak to them directly or write a letter. Or if you’re at a private school, I would speak to the board, the board of directors of the school. And escalate it that way. If you are not receiving attention and your child is being bullied, at that point, you may want to consider some sort of legal action.
