It's important for children and teens to get started in healthy skin care from an early age. For younger children I recommend that in a tub they use a gentle cleanser to wash their face. As children become older they should increase these routine to twice a day, but time children become teenagers, I encourage them to take care of their skin at the same time they brush their teeth. Their morning routine should be cleansing their face followed by a sun screen, and in the evening they should cleanse their face and put on an oil free moisturizer or a light gel moisturizer. If you teenagers already using makeup they can substitute their evening routine with a nice gentle but firm cleansing powder or wash just to take off their eye makeup and their face makeup.
