It's dangerous to send a picture online of a child, even if it is to another child. The internet is forever. the internet is globally distributed, and it lasts forever. I think if an adult would consider, "Well, why is it so dangerous to put a photo online?" Think about putting a full-page ad in the New York Times. The New York Times will be gone in a week, gone in a day, and it might be archived, but the images are protected, copyright protected. That's not so on the internet. The internet, once it goes out, has a global distribution. It can go anywhere. It can go to a million places and even if we were to say, "This is an illegal photo and this is impossible for you to keep," it would be impossible for us to find all of the different places it has gone in an hour.
